Benefit survey results are in
In response to a survey questions about how much employees understand SCH's benefits plans, 100 employees said they were "very familiar" with SCH's benefits. However, about 250 employees said they "know enough about them to use them" and more than 150 said they are "somewhat familiar."
Human Resources believes we can improve these statistics. The best place to start learning about SCH's employee benefits is the Employee Benefit Handbook. You can access the handbook from any hospital computer by clicking here.
If you have any questions about benefits that are not answered by the handbook, contact Michelle Aronson at ext. 5738
