SCH recognized as a Best-in-Class organization
SCH was named a Best-in-Class health care organization, based on the results of the hospital-wide survey, which employees took in December 2009.
HR Solutions, the company which administered and analyzed our hospital-wide survey that employees completed in September and October 2009, has recently recognized Swedish Covenant Hospital as a Best-in-Class hospital for employee engagement.
This title means that based on our employee survey, our employees are very involved in, and enthusiastic about, their workplace. Our scores as an organization were within the top ten percent of health care organizations taking HR Solution's surveys.
Congratulations SCH!
